no, you said united don’t play with passion, when they do, if they did’nt ferguson would have sold them a long time ago
20 February, 2006 at 6:37 pm #198014And in my eyes untill the second half when they new they was playing cra p not 1 played with passion only 1 stood out in that game and that was giggs i stand by what i said a few years agao they was a team worth watching every single player was good and they wanted to win and you could see it as soon as they came on the pitch but not any more same with ar senul
20 February, 2006 at 6:49 pm #198015did you not watch the game then? did you not see how smith got injured, did you not see ruud coming back to defend with rooney. the problem is’nt passion, its quailty in the centre of the park, passion can only go as as far to getting you results, fact is, if the quailty is’nt there in the most important area in a football match, we are going to struggle, this is’nt sunday league football, you playing against the best, week in and week out, a good hard tackling midfielder is what we need, gravesen should have been a target, but was’nt.. the passion is always there, as soon as you put that red top on, its one of the biggest clubs in the world, if not the biggest, thats enough to spur anyone on
20 February, 2006 at 7:12 pm #198016Glad you said your playing with the best week after week carnt get much better than birmingham lol

But United are 2nd in the league
People love to have a pop at United, but please, go look at Ar senals season so far….No you can’t, can you? Because they are not United…If it wasn’t for Ambramovic at Chelsea, United would be top..End of…
The team people should start questioning is Ar senal…..
ps: I know this sounds moody, Sunny..But it is not meant to sound that way…It’s not you…It’s just everyone who keeps questioning United when it’s Ar senal who should be questioned.
(sorry this seems rushed-i’m busy)
(Soulie, you’re right..We need a creative Midfielder, and I think we will get one in the summer)
20 February, 2006 at 7:31 pm #198018Robbo some where on the sports pages i have also said same about ar senul i dont have a pop at any team i just say what i see in some of the games its like last session when the baggies was fighing to stay up iv not seen a team play like them for a long time and i hope birmingham will play like that in a few weeks when we are fighting to stay up
The piont im trying to make and its not coming over the way i want it to is the big teams with the big money players dont seen to try like the lower teams do

Every player in the premier league is on big time money contracts and they are all over paid
20 February, 2006 at 10:05 pm #198020not 100% true.. go to watch stockport county play a few times, and they have a player called singh.. hes a right lazy git, i think it depends on the player, rather then the team, yeah united have the odd player who does’nt always give 100% ronoldo, maybe silvestre too, but other then that, i see every united player always give 100% its like i said, fletcher, richardson ect ect, lack ability
we don’t need a creative midfielder, we need a tough character, defensive midfielder, i think skill is getting confused with passion, liverpool had the skill to close down, tackle hard, we did’nt, as fletcher just can’t do that, but he does try
