I spose it tells ya on the packet whether or not it,s a cd or a dvd does it?
No. The packet just says ‘Computer Disks’. You won’t know if they’re CD’s or DVD’s until you get home and unwrap them, (unless you unwrap them on the bus on the way home).

If you have problems with the replacement disk from Amazon, it becomes very probable that the fault lies in your pc.
31 May, 2006 at 9:35 am #221513There are lots of websites – sort of clubs – for folks who want to download movies – burn music etc .
They explain what the difference between types of media and disks etc and have useful Q & A forums
I won’t mention any names here in case it is against JC policy – but just type DVD Burning into a search31 May, 2006 at 12:11 pm #221514Thanks Owen – my teccy from work had checked my pc over last night and there is no fault, or virus or any other problem that could be affecting the software. He installed the replacement software and true to form 3 hours later it failed so I am going to try a different type, luckily Amazon will take back the faulty one, I think my computer spec is way too fast for the software, it is over 3 times the spec needed to run the programme.
Se la vie, will try again when new programme arrives but am keeping clear of Roxio, the customer support is rubbish, the live help does not work and they dont answer e-mails, to phone them costs a small fortune.
31 May, 2006 at 12:13 pm #221515I buy my cds and dvds from a company called Viking who do next day delivery, the packets are marked cd and dvd and if you look for special offers you can usually get 100 cds for the price of 50.
The site is http://www.viking-direct.co.uk
