Is it me or is eveyone who comes on the boards p*ssed off with the arguements and b*tchyness dont understand y ppl participate …thats my rant over wiv …..leave a message after the beeeeppppp :D
When there is banter, it can be brilliantly funny but i think it`s a fine line between banter and nastiness.
I love debating stuff and when there is a thread that challenges what people think I love it, but when it`s personal insults i find it tedious.
i wonder how long a thread can stay nice? :wink:

Yes balloons, fed up fed up fedup, and I try not to participate. When I first joined the boards I did join in a bit but I very soon decided not to.
Not sure what the solution is though balloons, if you look at the number of views to controversial posts that get out of hand… well those figures will please admin here… its all about the number of hits for chat sites… so maybe we have to grin and bear it. Its sad though as I think it will put some people off being involved here at all!

Unless someone backs down it won’t stop Janey. And the problem you have when someone backs down is readers think the mad rambler is right.
People who poke their noses in others affairs so intensly and often really do need to “get a life”.Beeeeeep.
Also fed up, but as Mrs Teapot says, it does seem to boost activity on the boards, which is a sad indictment in itself. And when it’s in full swing woe betide anyone who tries to lighten things at all. It will put some people off the boards, and it will draw some people on to the boards, and others will sit it out on the sidelines hoping it all passes over soon. I’m in the third camp at the moment and resisting moving into the first camp.
The sad thing is that some people don’t use the boards but read as guests, then take what they’ve read as gospel and or twist it to their own ends and use it to abuse others in the chatroom…which then gets brought back onto the boards….and so the cycle continues.

Well if they were not talking about us kent doubtless someone else would be in trouble… anyway keeps em busy… little things little minds and all that

I like a gd laff n giggle im all for that n like the banter but its a bit pathetic wen ppl sh*t stir for there own enjoyment and tbh its gettin a bit tiredsome just same sh*t different day :roll: :roll:
