Well I think it does tho really, with THIS case the person in question HAS lived here since he was 6 or 7 years old, which to me means that person has lived the most significant part of their life in THIS country

Because of that deporting him would be no more or less abhorrent than deporting someone born here, even a white british kid that was born here

Had, as I said earlier this person come here of their own choosing whilst already an adult I would wholeheartedly agree with deportation. But thats not the case, and to want to deport someone based pretty much solely on skin colour is, unlike most things given this label “racist” in its inception

Also, trying to expand this to be a discussion about ALL blacks or none whites is equally “racist” in the true sense of the word rather than the new academic meanineach case wont be the same unless the ONLY factor thats important is skin colour or ethnic origin

Irrespective of this persons skin colour they HAVE lived here for most of their childhood, which as far as I am concerned is a VERY valid point that is being conveniently overlooked

And because of most of this persons life being lived here in the UK this IS for all intents and purposes their “home” and “country” so there isnt a place TO logically deport them to which wouldnt be the case if he had lived his childhood in another country and THEN come here it would be a similar situation in the here and now, but NOT in my opinion the same situation by any stretch of a non biggotted imagination

Uber, there is a place to deport him to,,,,,whether he was 6/7 or 16/17, he still abused the country that gave him shelter, a better life, he abused it, he should be sent back to where he came from. It’s not racist, it’s nothing to do with colour,,,,i’d say the same from wherever he came from originnally. He came, or was brought here for a reason, probably that of a better life. He abused that right,,,,,,,,,,so send him back.

    What’s that?

Well I used to think it was bumping uglies with a robot but apparently its not

The impression I get is that its a bit like a married persons sex life, lots of effort but no “actual” sex whatsoever so maybe it ought to be called psuedo sex instead lol

Infact on some of the desperado sites I’m on (ie dating sites) some people seem to not just have cyber sex, but cyber relationships, cyber friendships, cyber “loves”, cyber social lives and cyber break ups

Seems like an ideal time in mankinds history to train to by a psychologist really lol :D

The only other time so many people have had ficticious friends is when religion was more popular hehe

First point there is that they WILL notice they are missing when their benefits shrink

Second point, is that all of what was written there applies as much to white kids british born and bred as it does to anyone else

Infact it applies less at the moment to chinese, asian and some other cultures than it does to white and black kids

please tell me where i even mentioned the colour of anyone  ????? not that it matters if a kids gunna be a gangsta no one else makes that choice but the kid alone and if it entails being killed or killing they alone make that choice whatever race creed or colour.

You bought ethnic origin into it the MOMENT you mentioned deportation, because for a white kid born in the uk the same punishment CANT apply meaning that the punishment then becomes instantly and undeniably a racially/ethnically slanted one as it cannot in anyway be applied equally to individuals of different races or origins for the exact same crime

Just because you very carefully avoided mentioning the fact this particular kid was black doesnt mean you arent being racially slanted in the retribution for the crime but I do understand that none of the tabloids have bothered to also hand out a full set of get out clauses with their brainwashing on the matter

The essence of deportation is in a brass tacks meaning the act of sending someone “home” for a transgression, my point is that to a someone who has lived in a country since being a child of 6 or 7 years old this IS their home and is pretty much the only country and/or way of life they will know or remember to any degree so THIS is the place this person should be deported to

Just because they are an adult now is irrelevant in defining their home country otherwise you are one BNP election away from deporting kids because their great great great great grandmothers were immigrants

Am i daft or what ??? i wasnt aware the offender was black ? and if he is then so be it. the punishment should fit the crime. if a kid joins a gang and is willing to commit murder for that status then they should be sent to jail for 10 years for aiding and abetting murder simple as. no colour mention no racism no difference. my parents were irish and australian i can only wish they deport me for speeding australia please and ireland would be loveley too but i can dream cant i ?

Waspish, deportation and immigrant status was mentioned in the thread header, whether the person was black, yellow or blue with pink stripes doesnt really matter, just the status of them with respect to their residency here

But as you were responding to the thread AND were talking about the actual topic the thread is about rather than posting about how you agree that fuel tax is too high or some other unrelated topic its a pretty safe bet that you have read the thread header or sharons others points where she also mentions deportation

Oh, and the post you initially commented on although just after yours wasnt a response to it and was actually in response to Sharons post
