I was gutted for Flava, for a dance act their personalities really really came through. But how could those judges resist the cuteness of cheeky monkeys lol

Have to agree with you about Flava, they were good and really dedicated. I guess the cuteness won through. Shame though.

I was even more gutted for them after hearing them being interviewed on the ITV2 show, the lead dancer and his mum were sayin they just wanted to get to that stage to prove they had another dance in them and that was it. They were really pleased that the youngsters got through as that is their mission, making kids happy.

They are hoping to take their act around schools and youth clubs (do they still exist?!) and talk to youngsters and help them.

    Admirable people. 8)

I hope and think that Flava will do well with what they plan to do, good luck to em.

I was actually gutted that Hoop la la didn`t get through. They were surprisingly entertaining considering their mediocre first audition.

the wee dancer boy was great though ! he will go far !

    #325312

wasnt he just adorable? and what a routine, it had everything! I think he has become my favorite, but the competition is tight this year.

Im beginning to wonder if they should have a separate competition for adults, Im wondering if the older guys are getting a fair outcome. talented kids always get my vote Im afraid, and that isnt fair on the older guys who have probably been striving away for years.

oh i dunno,,precocious bairns annoy me :) but i do know what yer meaning here. the wee jazzy boy was good too, imagine having THAT confidence at 10 ffs !
I had stacey and norbert up earlier, and i was saying ” ooh NO as good as ‘norbert’ dancing/singing,,typical grannie :) I have him as the next Fred astaire at almost 2 :)

im exagerrating slightly,,but ya know what i mean .. dont ya ?? :)

give him a couple of years and get him auditioning!

I know the kind of kids you mean… the ones shoved into drama school by parents with high expectations before they can even speak never mind act, and it changes them.

Thats why its the fresh faced kids doing stuff in their bedrooms or on the streets are so attractive.
