Ge i got a family member one as as far as i know it goes 9 hours charged.
2 years so far no issues.

I am totally in love with mine Milkman, I have an old knee injury which curtailed getting out on the bike and this e-bike has allowed me to get out again and shift some lumber at the same time. There is a lot of ‘snobbery’ towards them which is why I asked the resident gibbon. I don’t have any stats for the battery yet but 9 hours sounds brilliant and if it lasts 2 years I will be very pleased.
