what a mardy little child, just because the boss won’t let him play , who ever the next manager of scotland is, I hope they don’t select him also, let him rott in the scottish league, never to be seen again
reminds me of the chris sutton thing when he got picked for the B side
as for the england players also critizing the fans for booing, why not? when in a top end job, earning a salery to represent it, errors should be notified
thats my take on the weekends action anyway, I won’t comment on the F1 till after the re run, just incase anyone is waiting for the highlights
12 October, 2008 at 5:13 pm #381249Totally agree Matt. Unbelivable childish antics from Boyd.
12 October, 2008 at 5:33 pm #381250Still cant believe this fecking miss. #-o
12 October, 2008 at 7:33 pm #381251He can concentrate fully on ‘playing’ for Rangers now
12 October, 2008 at 9:51 pm #381252was a shocking miss that, maybe he thought he was offside, does he play for Wolves?
12 October, 2008 at 9:59 pm #381253Boyd’s a first class wanker. He should be shunned for what he’s done.
Norway are a pretty tidy side and Scotland were very unlucky, I thought. There’s plenty more points to be had and I think both sides will be in for a runners up spot witha couple of games to go.
13 October, 2008 at 12:43 pm #381254142 goals in 199 games 7 goals in 15 caps for Scotland Boyd will get paid by Rangers Scotland will miss out on goals
13 October, 2008 at 2:54 pm #381255Pete, the problem with Boyd is that if he isn’t scoring goals he isn’t contributing anything to the team. He’s one of those who really divides opinion, if Rangers are struggling for goals then every Gers fan wants to see Boyd on the pitch. If he plays but doesn’t score then he’s not doing anything to justify his place and the same fans who were crying out for him suddenly label him a ‘lazy b*****d’
13 October, 2008 at 5:59 pm #381256Just heard Burley speaking about it, hadn’t read much about him, and he hasn’t covered himself in glory. He seemed too keen to stress the commitment angle when actually a few well chosen words would have sorted it in half the time.
And Barry Ferguson is ‘buzzing’? I read today that he’s considering international retirement FFS!
13 October, 2008 at 7:41 pm #381257CHRIS BOYD HAS PROVED HE IS A GOAL SCORER
HE IS OUR MOST PROLIFIC GOAL SCORER ON THE TEAM,SO I CAN SAY THAT ID BE PRETTY PISSSED OFF IF HE NEVER PICTED ME WHEN HE WAS MAKING HIS SUBS,
WHEN WE NEEDED A GOAL THE MOST THEY SHOULD HAVE FLUNG BOYD ON EVEN AS A LAST 10 MIN AS HE WOULD RUN AT THE DEFENCE.CRAIG BURLEY MADE IT EASY FOR THE NORWAY COACH TO PLAY AGAINST US.
FOR GEORGE BURLEY NOT TO GO A 442 AT HAMPDEN WAS AN OUTRAGE,WE NEEDED TO WIN THAT GAME AND HE GOES WI A 4141 PURE BOTTLED IT,SO FOR CHRIS BOYD WANTING TO CONCENTRATE ON HIS CLUB THEN THATS FINE AS WE WILLL BE THE BEIFACTORS OF HIS TALENT.
FOR HIM TO HAVE MADE SUCH A HUGE DISISION ABOUT HIS FOOTBALL CARRER AT 25 WELL LETS JUST SAY HIS DESISION WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TAKEN LIGHTLY………………………………………………..TAM A BEARS MAN
