I am Bored, plain and simple. I have plebty of things that I can do, I mean even this is doing something, and its its that I have an empty house of things to do. The simple truth at the moment is that i’m bored of doing everything with just me. It would appear that I am ver, well extraordinarily happy, whilst I am work with lots of preesure and doing of hours near enough killing myself with the amount of hours I do, but I get a buzz out it. But now I’ve had 7 days off with no work and find myself doing jack all. I now realise that I love to be busy at work and love doing stuff with other people but when I’m on my own, well it all goes wrong after a few days and now i’m going insane… Thankfully I go back to work on Saturday for 6 days so I shud be okay again, but then since its a quiet month cos of easter I will be here again before not too long going round in circles.
So if you’ve been bored, let me know your thoughts and what I can do to erase this fantasy of mine….Voluntary work is very rewarding

The Voluntary work looks quite interesting, where wud I start though. I’ve never done anything like that before…I f*cking hate my job and i do mean hate .. stuff the money … the thought of returning there makes me sick.. also i am bored… i repeat count yaself lucky

well yes i have to say that my job gives alot of satisfaction, all my guys i work with are my mates so it still doesnt solve my problem now does it, whether i have a good job or not. And yes i do consider myself lucky as long as the work keeps coming in but my industry has shown a downward trend and so the work is gonna be alot more redundant. Then i wont be so lucky… So any suggestions my boredom????
hate my job too , but recently had a long spell off work due to accident , u soon begin to appreciate ur job , bin back at work a few months now and hate it again (could do with a week off ) but any longer than that and ur pullin ye hair out bored again
I was off for 5 month last yr…. i can state that not for one second did i appreciate my job
my topic has moved off in a tangent, i shud have listed it as i hate my job, but then i would be lieing. But the boredom has lifted slightly reading the posts
