Yet another BNP local Councillor looks about to bite the dust.
Richard Mulhall, who sits on Calderdale Council, was found guilty earlier this month of FOUR counts of benefit fraud totalling £3,000.
After the Halifax Courier reported Mulhall’s conviction under the headline:
“BNP leader is a lying cheat”
…. thugs attacked Asian newsagents who had the paper on sale.
Mulhall will be sentenced on 14th December. In the meantime he is nobly refusing to resign.
Quote from Nick Griffin (lifted from the BNP website):
” …So it can be seen that politics is partly a matter of committed people who are enthusiastic and enjoy the challenge and responsibility of representing their constituents. The success of the BNP depends on these types of people – without them we are doomed to a life of abject obscurity. These kind of candidates are exemplified in our two BNP councillors, Adrian Marsden and Richard Mulhall, as well as all the others that stood in the May election – remember “Britain Needs You”.”
Looks like they might only have Adrian Marsden to save them from now on !!!

of course, you won’t see the BNP condemn their own councillor-
how very very hypocritical

Sure Emma dear – it’s a pleasure:
So we know exactly who we are talking about, let’s all take a look at Councillor Richard Mildenhall in all his glory. Ugly looking bloke isn’t he?
Here we go with an article from The Yorkshire Post all about soon to be ex-Councillor Dicky and his fraudulent claims for benefit between June 2003 (when he was elected as a BNP Councillor) and March 2005.
This is what the Judge said after he was convicted by a Jury in the Crown Court:
“There is an aggravating feature in that this defendant has been convicted on the clearest possible evidence of defrauding the council which he says he spent 12 years trying to get elected to and he continued to defraud the very people he had been elected to serve.
“This was a serious matter and I take a particularly serious view of a councillor cheating his own electorate. Richard Mulhall, you have been convicted by the jury on the clearest evidence of the offence of dishonesty in fraudulently obtaining benefits.”
Here is what Halifax Today Local News has to say about the case.
There are literally hundreds of links available if you Google Dicky boy – I leave you to do this if you are still gagging for ”proof”
Emma dear, I’m sure that all this must have come as an awful shock to you. However, do you think that the BNP will now carry out an internal investigation into the appalling criminal behaviour of its member, Richard Mildenhall.
Maybe Ian Dell (Officer in charge Internal Security and Discipline, BNP) could be persuaded to take the matter up???
30 November, 2006 at 11:24 pm #251895Well done both of you for bringing this to our attention. This man is clearly untrustable to work, not only the BNP, but for the people in his council ward.
There are some 22,000 councilours in britain, lets not assume that this is an isolated event, and lets not assume that because of one individuals idiotic behaviour, that the BNP are corrupt.
I did have a list of lib dem, conservative, and new/old labour councilours who have raped children, murdered and stole money from people in the past. Do a search slayer?
Putting it into context with the old gang, hundreds of constituency MP’s, voted for by millions of people, told us and believe there were WMD’s, and now still cannot bring themselves to withdraw our good men and women fighting a totally illegal war which risks their very lives every single day, and in which hundreds of thousands of innocent people have died, and for what
Its wrong what that man did, but in the grand scale of things…
30 November, 2006 at 11:52 pm #251896I really appreciate the ”bringing it to OUR attention” bit Emma dear.
Since you’re in a good mood, may I take this opportunity to bring the below listed Councillors to ”OUR” attention as well? Maybe you could put a word in the right ear and sort them out.
Retired businessman Paul Cromie, BNP councillor for the Queensbury ward in Bradford, is going for the double. He’s currently (October 2006) under investigation for vote-buying and the Standards Board are investigating a complaint against him that he brought the council into disrepute by sending out a bunch of pornographic pictures via email.
November 2006 and Mirfield BNP councillor Roger Roberts is thrown off the council for not attending a meeting for six months. Sadly, he’s still a councillor for Heckmondwike.
BNP member John Haycock was elected unopposed to a parish council in Bromyard. He was sacked from the council nine months later for non-attendance.
BNP councillor for Redditch Borough Council, David Enderby, couldn’t wait long to get into the swing of things. Just weeks after being elected, he’s been charged with three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Luke Smith (Burnley) Was forced to resign after he smashed a bottle into the face of a Leeds BNP organiser. Despite claiming to be the party of law and order, the BNP failed to call in the police and press charges. Smith had only recently been convicted of football violence when he was elected as a BNP candidate. He has had several more recent convictions and was recently sentenced to 11 months imprisonment after being caught fighting in Manchester.
Brian Turner (Burnley). Was convicted of attacking his wife and a police officer whilst a councillor yet the BNP refused to disown him. In fact they even defended him by issuing a statement saying: “we are not in the business of persecuting our members because the state considers someone guilty.”
Dan Kelley (Barking & Dagenham). Resigned from the council only eight months after being elected after admitting that he was completely out of his depth. “There’s meetings that go right over my head and there’s little point in me being there,” he told the local paper even before he resigned.
Claire Doncaster, one of the new BNP councillors for Alibon ward, was taken to court last year. Rent arrears of £2,280 have still not been paid. Finally evicted in late-August 2006, Doncaster was part of the group of new BNP councillors who became the official opposition in Barking and Dagenham on May 2006.
BTW She is now residing with her mother Sandra who is also a BNP councillor for Valence Ward. Sandra Doncaster is also being threatened with eviction from her council home for non payment of council tax.
Richard Barnbrook, the leader of the BNP group on Barking and Dagenham Council, is under investigation for allegedly supplying electoral officers with the wrong home address – that enabled him to stand for the council. The whole BNP group of eleven councillors was humiliated at its first meeting when just a single BNP councillor voted for an amendment to a paper. The amendment had been proposed by the BNP itself.
Robert Buckley, the new BNP councillor for Mayesbrook ward, appeared at Ilford County Court on May 25th after failing to pay his rent for five months. After the hearing, Mr Buckley said his attendance allowance as a councillor would help him repay his debt.
David Watkins (Sandwell). Dubbed ‘possibly the worst councillor in Sandwell,’ Watkins attended just 10 out of 63 meetings.
Steve Batkin (Stoke-on-Trent). Steve Batkin attended none of a possible thirty committee meetings in the nine months to March 2005. Batkin has only spoken twice in his first two years as a councillor and one of those was to ask what “abstain” meant. Was once told to stop talking to the media after he questioned key facts relating to the Holocaust, including saying that Jewish people refused to debate the subject because they would be exposed as liars.
Angela Clarke (Bradford). Resigned from the council less than half-way through her term after her performance was criticised by fellow BNP members. Clarke was fined £200 for resisting arrest and abusing the police during a drunken row at the back of a pub between her and another woman in May 2006.
Terry Farr (Epping). was suspended by the Standards Committee after writing abusive letters. An earlier complaint by him to the Standards Board resulted in a ruling that calling the BNP nazi was fair political comment.
Ramon Johns (Broxbourne). Was elected on the promise to campaign for free bus passes for all the elderly but then immediately voted against such a plan once elected.
James Lloyd (Sandwell). Campaigned on a ticket to make parents responsible for the crimes of their children. What he failed to tell voters was that his own son was one of the areas worst offenders.
Adrian Marsden (Calderdale). The absent councillor. In the six months to March 2006, Marsden has attended just three council meetings and his work record for his ward constituents has been even worse. However, he managed to find the time and strength to act as a bodyguard to BNP leader Nick Griffin during the recent court case in Leeds.
Geoffrey Wallace (Calderdale). Wallace jumped ship from the Tories when he thought he could not win a council seat under the blue flag but refused to call a by-election. He too stood on a ticket to help local people but his record proves he has done nothing of the kind. His recent performance in dealing with casework from local residents is truly shocking and clearly demonstrates his inability to work for local people. In the four months to February 2006 he did only 14.5 hours casework, and all but three were in the last few weeks.

1 December, 2006 at 12:29 am #251898Paul commie, innocent until proved guilty. PB, guilty of assumption.
Why didnt Roger roberts not attend? You may find out the reason is justifiable, and since your in the detective mood, go look.
David enderby, innocent until proved guilty.
Brian turner, PB, even you know the government are hate filled against the BNP. He may well have done what you say, the BNP usually defend thier own with success.
Dan kelley may well have said what you report, he may well have not, or indeed in any context that you represent.
Claire doncaster, wheres the link?
Richard barnbrook, :D again, wheres the evidence?
Robert buckley, why didnt he pay his rent? Hasn’t anyone ever been financially unfortunate? You are a hard barstool PB.
Why did david watkins miss council meetings? Is it because the others from the old gang shunned him, you go search…
Steve batkin, wheres the evidence?
You have WASTED my time with this.
We know the government and their criminal branch infiltrate the BNP, quite possible in the above.

1 December, 2006 at 9:18 am #251900Yes I know and I’m really sorry for wasting Emma’s time with all these allegations. Very wrong of me and I apologise most humbly.
Actually we did a long thread on Claire Doncaster some time ago and I DID provide all the ”proof” that Emma needs so much including links to the County Court lists etc. But hey why let the facts get in the way of a good denial???
Also Richard Barnbrook was discused in detail on here including links to the Electoral Register and an assortmment of Press articles about him and his dodgy addresses.
Naturally ALL Press articles are total lies as it is a well known ‘fact’ (isn’t it Emma?) that the Press are all Fascists. Court lists have all been heavily doctored just to discredit all BNP Councillors that appear on them, as have the Police Service’s criminal records.
Thing is Emma, can everybody else be wrong ALL the time and the BNP line be the ONLY version of the ‘truth’ …. or could it possibly be , just possibly, that there is a tiny smidgeon of truth in these allegations????
