I bought a motorola and had the same problem have you downloaded the software correctly, not sounding all knowing but I had to download mine about three times, has your phone got a find me option on you blue tooth if it has it should auto search, the standard password is 1 then it will ask you to create your own, I ended up asking my son to set it up for me as his age seems to get on with this technology better, good luck mate….
