They get bloody worse. I finally had a long winded reply rabbiting on about paswords and e-mail addys, and log in names. If I want to deactivate a log in name I have to do this and that etc. I didnt ask about log in names or passwords FFS. My query was about this on line billing they say I have signed up for when I bloody havnt. So now, with my reply I,ve just sent to them, thats 7 e-mails and my query STILL hasnt been answered. FFS.
