what do you make of this ?
Has never managed a club in Europe, speaks no English, almost 60 years old and mad as a bag of snakes.
Maybe it’s just for the press conferences…

12 June, 2008 at 7:39 am #345431I think Chelsea wanted somone who would play attractive football as oppose to win things, fair play, they could have gone for Hughes, who would have probably won more things with less attractive football
good for the prem I reckon

Other half is chuffed to bits with that description!
And yes he has given the thumbs up to the appointment. Sometimes someone’s character is more important than their CV and I think this is the case here.
Will be interesting, lots of big players names being bounded around on skysports today tipped to join him.

Scolari must be so relieved
must have been shatting himself wondering if the chatroom banalitys gimp approvesas for Chelsea i really hope they get nothing
they deserve nothing
totally souless club12 June, 2008 at 5:09 pm #345434but then there’s his “bad” points………proven internationally, won’t be intimidated by the so-called big names. I fink he’s gaw-juss……looks like a young gene hackman he does.
I dunno, give it 18 months with that club then all change again I reckon. Maybe their first-choice Ancelotti will be free then.
roll on August…….

12 June, 2008 at 7:24 pm #345438despite the insult, he does have a point, they are a souless club, more hated then most due to the fact they are manufactured by money, not by history, same thing is happening at City
