hundreds of mcdonalds take aways are installing new cameras in their car park entrances and exits. the company are using what can only be called lisenced thieves to photograph cars going into mcdonalds car parks and then again as they leave. the sheisters are then fining many people for parking for hours in the car parks even if they only stayed for a few minutes. several people here in the hudersfield area are fighting court cases where they have been sent fines for parking for hours when they were clearly not there. one woman who was sent a demand for £75 was able to prove her car wasnt in fact in the car park for the hours they charged her for, as her car was in a garage the same aftrnoon. she had taken her children to mcdonalds for lunch before droping the car off for work doing. be aware that these firms are claiming that the onus to prove where your car was is on you, and not as you would think with them. there appears to be no legal premis for these firms to prove your car was in fact there exept the photograph of your car either entering or leaving. this can easily be altered to say whatever the firm want it to say ? how many thousands of pounds will these thieves scam before the courts ake the right decision and throw these tossers out of business ? i dont ever go to mcdonalds anyway because they suported the ira with funds, but i wouldnt ever go there now.

This has been happening for years here
B and Q tried it, got loads and loads of local bad press then had to stop it as trade dropped off
Simple- get the local rags to have some front page headlines and within a month, it’ll stop
the power is in your hands
