Me left testie is thankful me right testie is there, keeps it company on those lonely nights :lol:

sad when christams is about the latest gagets etc now… my lass said to me, mummy im not doing a christmas list this year, as when you don’t ask you get more..!!! lol bless her. well as I said to my young nephew many years ago when he asked if he ate all his dinner would he get a surprise… i said ofcourse. so he ate his dinner i went into the fridge and handed him a yoghart… he said this isnt a surprise auntie MJ… i said oh yes it is.. its a surprise its in date… and in the fridge..!! lol he’s now 14 and still remembers it.. lol
After today im a thankful for everything i have in my life people love etc. A poor poor woman in my road was one of the poor FAREPAK people who lost a lot of money to make sure her 5 year old son had a special LAST xmas………he passed away monday and m heart goes out to her. So not olny do her 2 daughters have no presents or turkey this xmas but their little brother is also not there and i feel so sad for them x

That is extremely sad. I hope she is first in line for some of the donations that are being organised, not that it will help much but it may soften what will be a tough time for her. Poor family :(
xmass should be every leap year , ok its , ripoff , pss I bought me daughter , new tv u know, not, the HD or plasma, just the ordinary, cheap tv, come down in price, they have gone up, WAS £!£)130, now £180,,,,,,,,,,,,, bloo ******dy cheek,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,ah xmass
let face it, in the summer, their £130,,,,,,,, same tv to get rid off them along comes xmass
they shoot up by £50 pounds more, O and let not forget, the january sales, u watch
they go back down,,,,,, I vote xmass every four years, ok, to help poor people, give them time two, save up,,,, sod the big profit chain stores,,,,,,

you should have gone to tescos……… 89 quid for tv with built in dvd. think you were ripped off there……

its not the point, it was a 28 inch tv for me daughter, no afence)

and end up, with huge debt after xmass,
Ive tol my boys they may not get much christmas morning. But, we are saving a few quid for the Jan sales. I explained that the PS2 games all come down in price, and they would have some christmas funds to spend etc.
They were both fine with that.
gone are the days when I get ripped off by the high street, if we end up with tangerines on christmas morning it will be a good lesson to all (even us who bow to the demands…….not any more).
I aint no humbug, just hate goin round the sales and seeing how far a ride we are all taken on 7 days before!! :shock:
Christmas is about family and a good meal and love. My home will be brimming over with all three :wink:

Dont get me wrong……. they will probably complain cos they are no angels, but at least they do appreciate that money dont grow on the christmas tree :wink:
