In a radio interview last friday with the BBC’s Simon Mayo, 57 year old writer Jimmy McGovern said that the BBC was racist towards black people accussing the BBC of being “one of the most racist institutions in England”.
He went on to say that black people dont get jobs with power at the beeb, saying “you see them in the canteen”.
The BBC deny his allegations and responded saying, “We’re actively seeking and nurturing ethnic talents both on and off the air. The BBC’s ambition is to reflect the ethnic and social mix of people around the country.
We’re actively seeking and nurturing ethnic talents both on and off the air.
This has been coming through in our output with a range of presenters and reporters across our peak-time programmes for example Freema Agyeman in Doctor Who, the forthcoming Omid Djalili show, Dance X, and dramas such as Waterloo Road.
“It is something we are always looking to improve on.”

Notice the the same quote printed twice on the BBC report?
Their always looking to “improve”, “actively seeking” to nurture “ethnic” talents.
Great, so the BBC which is massively funded by white people, has carte blanch to nurture more non whites for jobs.
Are they “actively” seeking to nurture “ethnic” whites into better jobs?
Does it matter what colour people are when working for the BBC? Why are the BBC so bothered about colour co-ordinating things?
If the BNP said there should be an equal representation of political party’s on Question Time, would QT say yes? No they wouldn’t, the BNP have never been allowed on QT.
This isn’t about the BBC being fair, its about making white people feel guilty so that they wont complain that the BBC will hire more non whites.
Children in need, its mainly about non whites right? Starving children in Africa.
BBC news production, mainly about foreign countries, non whites, presented by whites, asians and blacks.
BBC sport, already has an equal colour of people. Yesterday of the football results programme, the presenter was white and the other 3 were black 75%, the opposite for football focus.
Ive noticed Blue peter has 3 presenters, one white, one black and one asian. The BBC is already over represented by non whites via the Census.
Can we just have the civil war now and then get on with life.
