In all fairness this kind of “test” belongs in a A level mock test.
Having an IQ test on justchat is like giving PTSD to happy pills.
26 July, 2017 at 10:28 pm #1062605I’d sooner have threads like this rather than people starting threads in caps lock about someone calling someone a ” name ” in a chatroom with the logs to prove it. These threads at least provide some mental stimulation whilst other conversations would lead to the brain of an inebriated chimp to enter the stagnation phase.
26 July, 2017 at 10:58 pm #1062609Most degrees aren’t worth the paper they are printed on
What a depressing comment from someone who claims to be educated to Ph.D level.
Statistically someone educated to degree level, on average, will earn more over a lifetime than someone without a degree, even taking into account astronomical tuition fees under this tory regime. Will be much more likely to be in employment. Will be healthier. Will live longer. Just basic facts.

Thanks you made points tried to explain as well. The bottom line for us here in this Country, if you want to advance and make more money a Decree is the essential way to obtain it. As I agree it may be a piece of paper, very costly indeed. And then you have to get a good job to pay back student loans if you can find a job in your field.
I failed to state before with College entry here before acceptance in a college of your desire, they request what is called S.A.T. scores. These are very hard test. If you are not at college required score you do not get in….
Think most sad that I have observed, is there are those who are book smart. Do not need to study, retain quicky. But note applying practice, common sense lacks a bit.
And others with life years of experience, work extra hard to learn, get the degree. I myself was away from a school environment for almost 26 years. My employers constantly told me, needed the degree to do what I wanted or should say my goals achieved to advance and get better paid. Was basically forced to…..
Thanks again for your input.27 July, 2017 at 5:26 am #1062621TheNorfolkMafia
Do agree these threads have been interesting and stimulating and the engagement between some really have shared learning of how the process takes place to analyze outcome probable or non probable results…reason to why outcome can or not, provide final conclusive results…if can or not.
Misterq suggestive ones offered and you and draculina back and forth were interesting…thank you all for breaking down how, admit was lost at times, but direction provided fit pieces together I pondered or missed with..May I be bold as to ask you, and asking as wishing to, if there is any interest you have stimulating that the rest of us others could join you in a stimulated thread discussion of value or purpose in which our minds could join better together?

I don’t really understand why people are so obsessed about tuition fees in the UK. Nobody ever pays back much of their loan, so university is practically free.
For people who are not familiar with the system, I will explain how the UK system works currently. Firstly student loans aren’t actually loans, they don’t affect your credit rating or anything else. Secondly the monthly epayments are calculated as (9% of your income over £21,000) / 12. So someone earning £20,000 would pay nothing, someone earning £30,000 would pay £67.50 a month, and someone earning £40,000 would pay £142.50 a month. This is not very much money to have taken out of your wages, and in many cases isn’t even enough to pay of interest on the loan, which is why they never get paid back.

Thanks for sharing. Trying to share as well looked up u.s. exchange and your values..
Community college as said September to May (off campus) $10,000.00-$12,000.00 year, 7607.00 British pounds. Live on campus $15,000.00, 11408.58 British pounds.Other schools (elite some)
$20,000.00, 15,212 British pounds, $40,000.00, 30424.00 British pounds.
And goes much higher depending on school choice.Books you have to buy every 3 months, can cost anywhere to start $500.00 and up….380.31 British pounds.
And all loans have to be paid back and will make a monthly plan out for you, or your credit ratings go to hell….
27 July, 2017 at 1:06 pm #1062634In the UK tuition fees are capped at a maximum of £9,000 a year, with an optional £5,000 maintainance loan to cover living costs. Although the maintancance loan is offered as a grant that doesn’t have to be paid back to students from poor backgrounds.
Edit:
Oxford and Cambridge universities have special conditions that allow them to charge more than £9,000, but I can’t remember what their cap is from memory.

Perhaps maybe in the forum you generally post in your comment of PTSD. But f3 has a class of writers most often can learn from. I prefer them then a pill. Ha ha…
