I repeat…. :?
If the burkha is forbidden, the criminal will then go on to use other methods, the materials i have pointed out fall into this category. If they then use these materials, for instance, wigs and cosmetics to disguise themselves, will we ban cosmetics and wigs??? If this were to happen there would be a revolution, the streets would be littered with women screaming injustice..

I am of course assuming, that the information in the books is factual and that is why it is used to educate and inform, it goes without mention really, that regarding information in newspapers and other souces should no be taken as plain fact and should be cross referenced.

You know very well what i was refering to, the point being that the information i use for research is given as factual, if the same information, used in educating establishments is discredited then only a fool would do so without alternative evidence. The fact you then deliberatley pick holes in it to score points is not of any interest to me.

If I knew what you were referring to I would not be pursuing it, I’m not interested in points scoring, I’m interested in understanding. You seem happy to challenge everyone, yet unhappy to be challenged yourself.
The purpose of schools is to educate, not just in hard facts but in the ability to absorb, analyse and criticise the data presented in whatever form it takes. To withdraw literature, be it books, newspapers, internet, etc., would stifle the ability to do this. If education relied purely on hard facts and cold logic we’d be turning out an army of insensitive robots…oh hold on, maybe that’s what we are doing :wink:
Look, in the context of what i was dicussing, the point was simple. The books and information i was refering to is given as factual, to discredit them is foolish. I have explained perfectly well what i meant and you know it !
