What bad service have you had?Heres mine.
Got took out a new phone contract and after a week the phone is telling me i cant make a call as no credit!!!!! (its pay monthly)Phone people ask for 48hrs to sort.Now after 72hrs of not being able to call anyone they offer me 3 months of the phone for free but asked to give them to the 13/11/18 to sort it.
Dont think thats good enuff.
So whats yours?
