Police are trying to find out if an arson attack on a mosque in Cheshire was linked to the foiled terror plot.
It is understood people were inside the building in Blacon, Chester, when it was attacked by youths shortly before midnight last night.
A spokeswoman for Cheshire Constabulary said an accelerant was poured through a door at the mosque and set on fire.
The small blaze was quickly extinguished by people inside the building and no-one was injured. Only minor damage was caused.
Police said the incident was being investigated as a “faith hate” crime but said it was too early to say if it was linked to the terror alert.
Last September, youths set fire to the lawn in front of the mosque, damaging the building.

Im not so sure the general populous of westerners fully welcome an alien life form to them, and when they get a chance to, they attack back.

Yeah there’s something REALLY strange happening but I don’t know what. I am normally attuned to these things and can see them quite early but these new tactics have got me stumped. Should we raise the general alert state?
I agree something very mysterious and sinister going on – I’m beginning to wonder about hypnosis, ‘truth’ drugs or maybe ‘obedience’ drugs being used on activists as part of their brainwashing.
