12 July, 2006 at 12:21 am #229996I’m happy with what I have….there’s just a little part of me thinking that I could have achieved more….but I wanted to have my family while I was young.
I’ve got plenty time to go out and try new things in the years to come. 8)
12 July, 2006 at 8:51 am #229997yes although when i was about 16 i never thought my life would be as it is now.
my kids are lovely, having them young was not in my plan as a 16 yr old but glad i did it now. also as a single mum for most of their lives im proud of the way they are.
also happy im doing well at uni, going into my 3rd and final yr in sept.
just passed my driving test too which is a huge achievement for me.12 July, 2006 at 8:59 am #229998Although I’m probably still classed as a bairn in some peoples eyes on here I’ve been through quite a bit over the past few years so I feel really proud to be in the position I am now. I’ve now got a decent job, and will be starting training soon so I am qualified ( which the company is paying for ) I have a great bf who I love more than anything, a close group of friends that I know I can rely on, a loving family and by this time next year will hopefully have a place of my own. Although this might not sound special or any different to what most people have I think its what matters the most, having people around you who you know you can rely on for anything, and who need you for one reason or another and more importantly im happy than I’ve ever been. And I wouldn’t change anything, there’s no point in dwelling on the past because you can’t change it and things that have happened to you make you who you are
