very hard one .. not sure. both my cats and my dogs follow me around like wet blankets, and i love em all pretty much as each other but i suppose if really pushed i could manage without a cat around easier than a dog…. so with much internal debate i’m gonna have to say …

    Dog!

My parents had a lovely German shepherd called “Tootsie” that was with our family for over 15 years…I loved him dearly…So, I don’t dislike dogs…but I’ve got this special “thing” with cats…always had… :) …. By the way, the rest of my family “can hardly stand” cats and I’m such a cat lover…weird….

Love them both, but Id be surrounded by all sorts if I had my way.

    Currently have the following

Amber – Boxer Dog (with one eye)
    Blue – old tabby cat
Ginger – young mad ginger cat
    Freddie – Blue fronted amazon
Pixie – Ducorps cocatoo (totally demented and made of velcro)
Benjie – non stop talking African Grey.

No room at the inn for any more at the moment, but in the future I want to add a goat, ducks, chickens, horses, the list goes on…
