Gaz do you even bother to research into things or just read the headline and jump on their bandwagons. Take your own advise and OPEN YOUR EYES AND STOP BEING A SHEEP.

Why was he in court in the first place?

i think it should be remembered that he didn’t win the case based on the freeman testimony but rather a section 40. He retracted his earlier contention that the judge produce his oath of office as “misconcieved”, and agreed to a settlement payment with the court.

Does anyone have a list of these so called “god given rights”. i can’t seem to find them anywhere.

Oh thanks Lucy, now maybe you can tell me if a judge is bound to show his oath?

Yes they are IF ASKED – hence he didnt win the system it got thrown out due to Section 40.

With the ‘god given rights’ . . . Surely we need to establish if the’queen’ in which every court on this Island is run in her name by her counsel, is in her position as ‘defender of the faith’ by divine right.

Let’s not run before we can walk my Celtic Creation. . . . :P

The above link was about an IRISH CASE – wtf has the queen got to do with the Rep. And the Queens council in England and over here (where your link was in relation to) is known as Senior or/and Junior Council.

Now Gaz your going around in circles and needing two posts to ask questions about one posts shows you dont read they that carefully the first time.

Reserch what you post. Do you know anything about this lad who was in court in Co. Wexford, Rep Of Ireland??? Why was he in trouble in the first place?

Why post under that he beat the system when in fact it was a techacality that he got a fine and slap on wrist.
