blinking heck.. my grandson has scarlet fever AGAIN !!! he is only 4 and this is second time. we had him on a wee journey last week to seaside resort, and he had a ball. started by saying he had a mild sore throat. covered in rash and full of fever. Means i cannot see him for at least a week, as i have Low immune system ..poor wee man.

thanks Mrs T.. I have been staying at my daughters during the week, and he came through yesterday. looking really tired. I cuddled him in between me and daughter and he was weeping. The usual ” give him calpol and keep him rydrated”.. daughter took him to ninewells ( hospital) a wee while ago.. and its back,, full rash all over etc.. He called me a few mins ago, with help from Daddy. seemingly he does not want to even talk, but he managed to croak he is 5 next week, and what am i getting him :) Amoxillin kicking in ..
