For all his success in life, covered a deep depressive Bi polar illness.The life and soul of all parties with his Hyperactivity,his generous nature.and the laughter…deep down during the more blacker moments we knew when to leave him alone etc.
He has let many a person down,, no more his own wife and children..passing the buck.. nasty styleee !!

Its such a waste too Ruby. I have friends who have done the same thing. It seems so selfish when they leave young children but the only way to look at it is they were not thinking straight. I know if my friend could have been saved, today he would be grateful … I just know it.
Ruby just a thought, in the most tragic of circumstances..but in those black moments when you left him alone..maybe deep inside he was crying out for help. However,god rest his soul x

Suicide is neither the act of cowards, the selfish or the brave; on the occasions where it is not a cry for help but a true intention to end it all it is an act of temporary insanity. Anyone who has ever been there and survived knows that in that moment they felt totally rational and logical and it seemed the most obvious thing to do. There but for the grace of god go I.

Sorry to hear that – I had a m8 who did it and left his dog outside his car – dog died of cold – god I was so cross for ages. Suspect he thought someone would find him – I dunno. Anyway, sad so sad whatever the circumstances are. :(
Thanks all, i was more outraged about the history that went before..the eldest daughter is not biologically his, but he brought her up as his own after her own father hung himelf !!so for the pattern to repeat itself….Poor wee lamb.

There is something very weird about signing into msn, looking at someone’s name and debating whether or not to delete them then…poof they’re gone as they obviously decided to delete you! :lol:
One of the things I love about chat: how people from different walks of life and different parts of the country, indeed world, can chat with people they might never have chatted to in real life, and how sometimes strong friendships are formed that rise above and beyond chat.
One of the things that constantly amazes me about chat: how viciously people can turn on another chatter, behaving like a pack of wolves baying for blood, often for the most minor “trangression”, all forgetting that they are far from squeaky clean themselves. Let him/her that is without sin cast the first stone, and if you really do believe that you are squeaky clean, do unto others as you would have done to yourself and remember that what goes around comes around.
One of the things that I hate about chat: people bearing grudges and taking any opportunity to have a little dig, trawling over the mire over and over again. And people who make threats in pm based on unsubstantiated gossip.
