Anc would you please mind explaining that to me… because I don’t have the slightest idea what you are on about…. I have asked you to explain before when you made another similar reference but you didn’t so please explain this time… I did even ask you in PM but got no answer…. so either here or in PM let me know

It’s mild today so I have the shop door open.
Customer (elderly, on crutches): you should have that door open all the time and make it easier for people like me
Me: I’d love to but in the winter I need to close it. If you’re at the door I’m more than happy to come and open it for you. :D
Customer: access for the disabled, it should be open all the time.I decide to keep quiet, customer browses for a while…
Customer: it’s bloody freezing in here, I don’t know how you stand it, you need to keep it warmer in here for us old folk, I won’t be coming in here again…
