That’s odd. I can understand not wanting to use the new fiver if you’re a vegan, but otherwise… what’s the problem? I’d have thought a leather purse would be more offensive to an animal lover than the new fiver.

Her bag was leather too but what’s the point in having an exchange with someone like that….think cocaine on notes is a bigger problem…by the end of a day a till operator probably has enough on their hands to have a little sniff lol

Don’t know what style to have my hair….not had a cut since Christmas….Ive got so lazy with it longer…..though I do like it (ish)…..older women should have shorter hair right? Plus ive got a chubby face……

Best option is shoulder length – layered, especially if you have thick/wavy hair.

If it’s not naturally wavy , you could get it slightly permed to create waves, but not curls.

Thanks Blossom…..I’ve got straight hair…..and my last perm was in the 80s I have no intention of having another one lol…..

I did buy one of those hair curler things…..but useless at getting it right!…..Cheryl’s hair is lovely wouldnt mind that style but it wouldn’t work on me……get I go back to the same style

Today’s perms are very different to those in the 80’s.

You can get a softer kind of perm, that just creates waves.

This is a beautiful one:

A layered bob, shorter at the back, and the hair si straight so you wouldn’t need a perm.

You could consider the odd highlight as in the photo, too.

I’ve seen your pic and I think this one would suit you very well

Funnily enough my style was like that one…quite short into the neck and longer bob at the front…got fed up with it as had it for a while…..I might just pop into hairdressers and discuss a wavy style…see what she says
