Lurpack contains butter which is saturated fat so in a word….no…tastes better than margarine though!

defo not ok Mrs T,, or Id have tried that months ago :) I was a lurpak salted kinda gal . double bad points for me with the added salt too.. oops. Oh well my Benecol buttery awaits me..grrrr.

Blooming heck…..I thought low fat Lurpack must be too good to be true! Did anyone pick up on the new research about salt actually being good for you? its not the only research to say this there is some from the Netherlands and the USA too… a link about it…..
