had plenty of holidays, but we just remeber em being drunk inviting people back for partys, and hearing Frank Sinartra a million times! aint done us no harm though…My mum
only has a bottle of wine now.. and it takes her 2 days to get over it! Bless!I love that xx 8)
Mine used to bring people back to listen to Acdc (much to my mums disgust) or they would put on Fleetwood Mac ….

No airs and graces or anything, just take as you find and you will fit in sort of things.
When we was at school they was always in the pub lol, but it was a great hidaway at weekends from my folks… we always ended up in her house cos she understood that we wanted to have fun away from home but be in a safe place.

But I remember the morning John Lennon died. My mum was bathing me with the sink bowl in the front room and we had the big lights on, cos it was dark. It came on the news. Will never ever forget it.
Our wallpaper and carpet were horrid, and I can still picture it, with the news blaring out from the telly. I didnt have much thought other than ah what a shame, poor man, but I didnt know him. Till my dad taught me all about it.
the tragedy of this blatant lie is immeasureable
did you try to measure it, and how many times?
