Taking a course of tablets that make you well in a week or ten days seemed very like magic. Chinese medicine apparently takes longer to work, but readjusts the whole body. Acupuncture is now being prescribed on the NHS for some things though. I think we are going to have to look at alternatives as bugs get more resistent to all our potions and pills.

The human body is a marvellous bit of kit. It is worth taking care of.

And the world provides all things natural to keep the marvellous kit going.

Antu-botics r over prescresibed in many cases, and like other things ur body gets immune to them over a certain period of time, like other drugs… but in the cases like Esme and others whom need it freq due to illness etc ofcourse have it etc…

i have to take 12-14 pain killers aday, and to be honest ive said to the doc’s i don’t c the point as it doesnt help or ease the pain..

I think the biggest problem we have it people are tryin to be too clean, and keep their kids too clean, basic hygiene ie properly washing hands yes… this is basic problem in hospitals etc, is the poor hygene hense why people immune systems down, Id rather give a hospital a wide berth especially the RAH as hygene seems to be last on their priotrys…

I am a cleaning freak, but I wish I wasn’t, I think that keeping the house too clean with all these products is part of the reason our kids suffer with so much illness.

you need need all these cleaning products, im allergic to perfume so at first i was like there’s nowt to deep clean a hoose, went bk to basic’s, I do have Milton and thats the only thing we got… and my hoose is clean freaky, but like i say Germs r guid for us, we lasted this long without most things but lwe become brainwashed into thinkin they clean..!!
