Bliddy neoliberals, taking these basic services out of the hands of the people and into the hands of the greedy capitalist class. Don’t they understand some things are too important to make a profit on?

Yes, the Cuban government is privatising the BLOODY BARBER SHOPS!!!

Not only are people now being made to PAY THEIR OWN MONEY for their human right to a fancy haircut (it’s in the UN declaration of human rights, sandwiched between the Right to other people’s money and the Right not to have babies crying next to you on aeroplanes), but it means the selfish rich will have nicer haircuts than the poor proletariat. Don’t the Cuban government understand that inequality in hair style leads to shortened life span and an increase in feeling a bit grumpy? I read it in The Spirit Level.

It’s a sad day to be working class in Cuba.
