    I was trying to think of artists and other celebrities who have concealed their real identities.
    I can think of:

    Banksy
    The Stig
    Klaatu (70’s band that released anonymously)
    Basil Brush

    Regardless of whether they have been unmasked or guessed at, what other anonymous public figures can we think of?
