I want to hear about it. His platform is a case for murder, but nobody bar murderers will be impressed. When the judge tried to stop him speaking, both prosecution and defence insisted (rightly) that he be allowed his say. He is now being torn apart in his beliefs by a good prosecution.
But the important thing is that he killed 77 people, and he blames those people for their deaths for having different ideas from his. His action is important, and we all need to know why he did it, whether he’s a loner, what chance of this recurring etc.. He also has the right to a fair trial, and he’s getting one.

For what little it’s worth, I agree.

Well I agree too really… its just seeing him looking smug and doing his salute GRRRRR
19 April, 2012 at 7:54 am #493440that’s good, Mrs T.
You admitted to being wrong, while explaining your anger. I like that.
A lot of people will never admit that they’re wrong. Some turn any criticism into personal smears
against the critic.Grown-up argument is the most productive
19 April, 2012 at 8:49 am #493441I always believed in a fair and open court scep…. what I object to is his visibility to camera and prepared statements delivered like political broadcasts.
Actually he has now been requested not to do the right wing salute… so at least we dont have to suffer that.
19 April, 2012 at 10:08 am #493442Sorry but I have a niggle here…it’s not a right wing salute, it’s the clenched fist salute. It has been associated in the past with left wing and right wing, but more notably used by anyone protesting against oppression and to express unity or support, a gesture of defiance.
19 April, 2012 at 10:58 am #493443I saw he is trying to say he is part involved in a secret knight society!
20 April, 2012 at 5:31 pm #493444such an interesting case.
After describing how he looked at young people curled up, paralysed in terror, before shooting them in the head, ol’ Anders says that normaly he’s quite a nice guy.
anc, I think that the Knights, if they exist, are like those British Nazis who admired the guy who threw a nailbomb into a West London pub fiull of gays. They were saying how he did what they talked about, and remained too afraid of the consequences if they weren’t just ‘brave’ mouths.
Still, if there are knights, I’m sure I’m not the only one who would like very much to know just who they were

Knights Templar definitely do exist scep, they are usually recruited from the Order of Freemasons. You probably know that the Freemasons are a secret society… well Knights Templar is even more secretive and membership is by invitation only. Having said that I think they are as horrified as us about what happened in Norway.
21 April, 2012 at 8:31 am #493446That’s interesting, Mrs T.
The Masons are famous, of course, though I never know what they’re actually about other than joining a secret job-finding and work-support network.
The Knights Templar I only know about frm the Middle Ages. What are they about? Are they po9litical, just a social group of small people who think they’re big by being secret?
Breivik has applauded some Swedish guy who’s going about killing a lot of people in Malmo for daring to have a different racial origin. Part of the degeneration of Sweden, a brave country which used to pride itself on tolerance and equality.
