That is exactly what they should do. And if I assume that this small child is from Rwanda, then that is what they are trying to do. They have started by putting water bores down to the water table in towns to provide clean water, but the outlying rural areas are going to take time to sort out.

As if life is not bad enough, as if the nightmare visions of children,wide eyed with hunger and need,the starving,the brutalised Look of the the women folks, mainly Dying of aids , dont haunt me.. then the comments on here just MIGHT !

The war in Rwanda was horrific and the results will take a long time to sort out, if it ever can be sorted out.

all while we played out our pc-lives and ignored Bosnia
+ thats how it is and forever will be…………..
They have babies cause theres no one to look after them when they get old no pension no welfare state no social services no nothing and someone has to go fetch the water

Poverty goes on, and folks bleat ” oh let charity begin at home” etc.. yes DO,, but we will never have kids Staving and swollen with sheer need! And mothers who have no milk left in their Breasts, who have to decide which child will live. .
WE as a collective RICH nation will NEVER know that pain ! I realise there is little we can do.. just dont appreciate the “jokes”! I once said i was a right ” glum bastrard” I wasnt joking !
