Ok Emma cos you are an idiot with no idea about Sir Bobby i will fill you in, he left his last job as a consultant with the Irish as he has got cancer, so you think England would benefit from a 74yr old with cancer who quit his last job with a international team due to his cancer?

So let him go learn his trade and manage at club level, and if he can prove he is good enough in the future, sure why not the England job.

    Let him be England manager.

True enough nobody can gurantee success, but you stand a better chance of it with a proven manager so dumb split @rse!

NO YOU DONT, thats the point. You’re one of those that believe the hype.

Capello looks already to have it in the bag.

Mourinho looked to have it in the bag, hopefully the FA will be scared of Capello, the big heads in the England set up will be.

Capello is a good manager, well he was when he was younger, creates enimies and doesn’t stick around long.

He could be just what this national team needs, some of the players, like Gerrard for example i believe genuinely do care and there must be others, but i think it’s safe to say some of them really dont seem to take it seriously.

From what i have read in the media of comments from players who have played for him in the past, he is a no nonsense in your face manager and will drop you regardless who you are if you mess around, and i think that is the kind of manager our national team needs right now.
And i heard he detests the wags and they wont be going anywhere with them, to away games, tournaments etc, and i heard he plans to drop John Terry as captain that should go down well :D

I reckon Capello would be a good choice, problem is doesn’t speak much English so he’d need an assistant who can speak both Italian and English. So he’d probably be foreign as well and that might not sit well with some.

He’s also not much of a media man so the press interest before he’s even got the job may play a part. Didn’t Scolari turn down the job because of the media?
