    In Spain it is 13, in Germany it is 14 and in France it is 15.

    I am shocked in terms of a child having the physical and mental capability to consent @ such a young age.

    Am I right to be shocked?

    I would find it impossible not to think of a dutch person, who has had sex with a 12 year old, as a paedophile.

    But according to their laws, and mentality, they wouldn’t be. :shock:
