From my age’s point of view, I find it a bit sick if say, a 28 year old, was going with a 15/16 year old, it’s sick.

Why? If we’re talking sexual attraction, then age is no barrier (providing both parties are over the legal limit obviously)- but sex is different to a long term relationship with committments, love and sacrifice. I wouldn’t expect an someone 20 years younger than me to have the same interests, desires, maturity, values, lifestyle etc quote] Dont be so sure Slayer, there are always exceptions to the rules!!

The sorts of relationships that you reffered to earlier were relationships with minors ie 15 yr olds and you reffered to them being with somone older as sick, at 15 you are underage and even if you have a sexual relationship with someone the same age its still a crime. at 18 you are classed as a consenting adult, granted some people still wont be mature at that age, but if 2 adults that are drawn to one another in a relationship why do you think it sick?
The law in this country is that you can have sex at the age of 16. I personally think it should be raised to 18.
Most of my relationships have been with older men. Mainly because i find males of my own age aren’t looking for the settled life that i am. I don’t want to be out partying every weekend, getting drunk and spending the rest of the week recovering from it, so why should i be forced by society to be in a relationship that wouldn’t suit me.
My current relationship is with a lovely gentleman 23 years my elder (i’m 26 he is 49) and i have never been so happy. He knows and understands me inside out and me him. We both want the same things from life and i couldn’t want for a better role model/father for my child.
People may stare down their noses at us as we walk along the street hand in hand, but at the end of the day the problem will always remain theirs as we are happy with the choices we have made and to hell with anyone who disagree’s.
i must say it does not bother me, at all, as i was in a relationship with an older man he was only 9 years older then me. but thank god i got out of it when he started to order me around and he maked me feel like i was one of his kids..
but i’m i’m in a relationship with some one and hes only 2 years older then me, he was treating me like if i was a queen and that, he would do any ting for me, but now he has moved in and every thing, he has changed big time, odering me and my kids around and treats my house if it was his…
i have tryed to end the relationship quite a few times, but he works his way around and tell me every thing is going to be, but he does not pay any of the bills he only does the food shopping and thats only a cheep shop… i was on coverment money, and now the dss knows that i have him living her with me all that has stoped, adn now he wont evengive me money to pay the bills that need paying..i’m sorry guys i just thought i would get this of my chest, as it is gettingme down and i dotn know what else to do … feels like i dont have any control over any thing any more… i just dont want to be here, the only way i can get out of this if i kill my self…
i got to do what he tells me to do and even my kids got to do as there told… its not fair…would love if soem one could give me soem advice on this, if you do please could you send it in a message ( pm )
