I flick from English to Essex most days, and everybodies used to it now. Though when I work with someone for the first time and they hear me speak to my mum and dad they are normally a bit gob-smacked.
When I was in Australia for 3 months I found myself adopting there droney twang, on my return to the UK I was accused of being Australian many times, this went on for quite a while.
