he’s absolutely destroying my house when i go out though! we have tried locking him in a room on his own…he broke the lock! we muzzle him cos he howls…he’s learnt how to get it off…he p*sses and sh*ts on my bathroom floor…yesterday he even charmingly did it in some of my clothes!!! he rips apart the rubbish bins, pushes the tv over(he’s broken a cpl by doing that) tries knocking the computer and laptop over…there’s so many other things too.
cant see there being much luck rehoming the dog to be honest sure there might be someone who could change the dog’s behaviour but it’s finding that someone
Hun! theres always someone…I know what your saying..but someone with a few bob, that loves dogs, and wants to rescue a dog. Honest Iv known people with the nicest of homes do it. Not a lot I grant ya! but if I had to let mine go, It would be too a dogs home.

Blue Cross is a good charity too, RSPCA are ok but so much given money is wasted with them not on the animals but the admin and so forth, the smaller charities are far better.
but shes not talking about giving money to charity, shes trying to find a good home for her dog, so i fail to see what this has to do with the subject – the rspca rescue and rehome thousands of dogs every year, i cant see what the problem is
Well you wouldn’t cos it has my name on the post, but what about the thousands they could but don’t with all the money they waste “not on animals” and all the things they won’t do because you are too far away from nearest centre, and thats merely the tip of a not so brilliant iceberg but i dont want to run them down completely because some parts and people working for them are very good indeed.
And kentlass good luck x

agree. Ive been let down personally by them three times, and will not donate to them, they spend far too much on less important things than animal welfare.
If people do wish to donate to animal charities they cant go far wrong with the PDSA.
20 June, 2008 at 6:29 pm #349085finally got internet access again!
got home and my brother-in-law that was house sitting says he attacked a guy in the street, the guy apparently called cops but decided not to do anything else about him, so i’m really not holding out any hope of him being re-homed :?
we become homeless in 2weeks unless we find a place for toby as the house we put a deposit on say they won’t take the dog, even after we explained the situation :? all the local animal shelters we’ve called say they’re full(living in a city it’s to be expected) so am really unsure what to do :?
thanks for all your comments and suggestions :)
