ok..so we all know i had problems with my doggy
my mother-in-law(to be) came to us saying her stepmother was a dog trainer and was on the lookout for a new dog and knew all of my dog’s faults and would take him regardless. i was happy…i could find out he was ok anytime i wanted, i would know he’s being trained so perhaps he’d be better behaved and could associate with other dogs
anyways mother-in-law is really pressuring us to give up the dog last wednesday, i said no as i was going away and i’d be heartbroken giving him up so it would ruin our weekend so i agreed to keep him and hand him over today.
first day i was gone sam spoke to his brother(he was dogsitting for us) and the lad broke down in tears, he was crying for ages! when sam finally got it out of him what was wrong we found out….
my mother-in-law hadn’t arranged for my dog to be rehomed…she’d booked an appointment to have my dog destroyed!!!! to say i was furious is an understatement :x
if i had given up my dog the day i left like she wanted he would have been destroyed
sam is absolutely devestated that his mum betrayed him and planned that, i have said she’s never getting near me or lily-ann(the baby)
so…anyone want a dog?

17 June, 2008 at 7:45 pm #349055pretty in pink…no need to keep schtoom…she’s a b*tch and aint ever coming near me again or she’ll find herself on the wrong end of a sharp knife(thats the treatment my mother got when she betrayed me :x )
forget me not…i don’t mind you saying, i wholeheartedly agree
17 June, 2008 at 7:53 pm #349056what a witch, hope Sam gives her a good talking too!!!
17 June, 2008 at 7:56 pm #349057Sticking a knife in is a bit harsh
17 June, 2008 at 7:56 pm #349058he’s told her she’s having nothing to do with him, me or the baby and i totally agree with him.
unfortunately he’s now saying he’s undecided about cutting all contact with her which is fine but i’ve told him she doesn’t get near me or my baby
biggest problem in all this is that we signed up for a house last week that doesn’t allow dogs, thinking we’d not have the dog still :?

i was mad when i said it :P
although my mother deserved the attack(and i was pulled off before the knife went in :( )
17 June, 2008 at 8:01 pm #349060A dog is a dog, yes they are very special but a dog afterall, what do you think that her seeing your daughter is going to do? I think you are being harsh on the woman, your fella is probably undecided because now he’s calm he can see that being at logger heads with his mother isn’t going to do any good, hopefully you’ll calm down and think about the situation.
A nanna has rights too17 June, 2008 at 8:05 pm #349061it’s not just that she planned to destroy my dog, there’s just no trust there.
years back she lied to all of her sons stating that the reason she hated her ex(their dad) was because he was living on insurance money claimed because he’d apparently told the insurance people that his wife and children had died/were dying as a result of a car crash so i know she can be a decieving b*tch(only found that out this weekend too)
how do i know that she won’t make up stories to my own child behind my back?????
