    Sure way to loose weight is to drink A LOT of cold water – It help speed up your metabolism. Also exercise 4-5 times a week. Cardio really helps but weight training burns the most calories.
    I’ve noticed that diets that restrict you tend to only be a temporary solution. For long term effect you should do something that you know you can stick to.
    The key is in the water and excercise though. I gained about 55 – 60 pounds when I got preganant and it melted away in 3 months after I started my routine. Good Luck to you – I know it’s a b*tch but it will be worth it :)

    For some people word diet means not eating anything… then it’s useless, once you start eating again you get back to the same weight you were before the starving :?
    That’s why I’m actually doing the opposite this time :wink:

    People who purposely starve themselves to lose weight are only fooling themselves if they think that is the solution to their problems, besides their is usually a mental problem attached to them also.
