Have you ever been on a diet that requires you to eat more often? small meals in between 2 to 3 hours… :-s

the best way to diet is to eat.. more often, but less.. if that makes sense.. once you starve yourself, anything you eat will be stored, where if you eat little, but often, the energy is used and disposed off.. grapes .. oranges.. are great examples of little snacks you can have during the day )

started my diet again this week, i am also joining the gym tonight, and already play squash weekely.. wanting to go swimming once a week too, and also walk to work more often

I’m not going to eat any fruits in this diet (to much energy in them)
but I’m going cross country skiing today :D my dad gave me new skiis as a christmas present :P and I haven’t tried them yet.

I hope your hospital visit has not been brought about by eating too many nuts and seeds

The secret to weight loss is to eat as much as you want but don’t swallow.

    Sian, take note

btw hope you are ok xxx

When i try to lose a few pounds I cut back on carbs…which is hard because I love breads and pasta..I eat a alot of fruit, nuts and raw veggies and eat something about every hour.
