:lol: ive tried a few herbal remedies mary to help, including that good nitol stuff, and calms an hour or so before bed, does shyte all lol Ive tried camomile tea, herbal baths, lavender oil infused baths, lavender sleep pillow, even had a go at meditation :oops: but when i get like this its bloody hard to break the cycle, even staying up all night and going to bed early the day after dosent bring it round, or the going to bed an hour early each night method. So if anyone has any other tips for sleeping give me a shout lol

the sleeping is about the same although im shattered today and full of a cold so fingers crossed for tonight, hows it going in marys world then?
we’re all well…. wee barra rollin n wriggling everywhere… or destroyin my mums hoose in the babywalker pullin things down… lol not 8mths til the 8th…. sittin up in his swing chair tryin to go over the handle bars..!!!
its eyes on the back of ur heid … i 4got whats it like… how i wish he was a babe in my arms… Angel doin well although a cheeky wee mare.. lordy knows where she gets it fae.. lolhere u got any whisky…??? make a hot toddy afore u go to bed… x

I am the same tempy, sunday I was up gone 2, monday didn’t sleep until 5 40 gone (last time I looked at alarm clock) lastnight I thought hmmm sleepies tonight, I was up go 2 again, today I am tired and ratty but I know I won’t sleep
Not even tamazapam worked for me :lol:ive already an addictive personality and prone to getting attatched to chemicals so i stay well clear of owt like tamazapam sian, i know myself all to well it wouldnt be good for me, been offered alsorts off my doc but unless its herbal i aint taking it, even if i do look like ive been dug up half the time lol

no whisky just lemsip lol im glad yer all well mary, my lil niece has just started walking, right pain in the ass aint they but loveable with it :wink:

when my knee and back was at it worst the last few months… God i thought i was goin to die as i wasnt sleepin… i was hittin the ole MJ hard thinkin it would send me to sleep…. wrong wrong wrong… Tempo i feel for u … and u Sian… im glad i actually sleep like the dead… im actually amaZed i wake for the Wee Barra lol… he’s destroyed yet another cot mobile..!!!! lol
