So, have we cracked boiling an egg yet? According to Poshy we need to consider altitude, size and temperature. Should the egg be kept in the fridge or not? Does it make a difference whether it is free-range or battery farmed? How can I ever cook anything worthwhile, if I cannot even boil an egg?
AWT is on the tele soon, so I think I might email him and get him to demonstrate.

Actually i am learning slowly, i managed to keep cowboy fed and watered the 3 weeks i was over there in the easter holidays. I am proud of myself :D

Wrapped a great big fat potato (tattie) in foil and threw it into oven. 1 hour later took it out. Cut it open. Opened tin of tuna…threw ontop. Squeezed mayo from the squeezy bottle onto the said tuna.

well I surpassed myself today…. with the ole Barbie…
we had salad dishes, homemade coleslaw n tattie salad…. cous-cous n mixed bean n corriander salad, moroccan carrot salad… a cheeky MJ special of Csear salad with hot barbied chicken…. mmmMMMmm…. Steaks marinated in a Pepper n Red Wine sauce…
u all droolin at the mooth yet lol i am again lol …
Fresh Samon ( that spelt rite lol ) with dill n lemon…. ( yuk my mam bags that and it goes on last lol )
Lamb chops marinated in Mint mmmmmMMmmMMMmmm
King Tiger Prawn marinated in Tikka spices and skewered with Red onion, Red Pepper, Mushrooms…. yummiiiiiii …
Pork Chops marinated n Magners Cyder for 24 hrs ,….. listen try it effin exellent…
Burgers, Sausages,
On the barbie i also had New Potatoes boiled… onto a tin, with garlic, mushrooms, red onions, red peppers n olive oil…. yummi….
it was a fab day, we’ve got left overs… so we’re doin it all again 2moz….
god i love the guid weather… brings a spring into ur steps…

left over roast chicken…chopped set aside… springs onions chopped set aside… pint and half of water and 1 knorrs chicken stock cube…. place in boil bring to boil…. add in packet of super noodle or chinese noodles what ever u got….. simmer for 3/4 mins then add chopped chicken and spring onions for last remainin min…. and Marys ur auntie… lol cudnae say bobs ur uncle now eh…
