When suddenly from the alphabet

For all I ever see of C

You criticise my shape.
I’m made like that, to help spell Cat

Said G, “‘Ip, ‘Ip, ‘ooray!”
“You’re dropping me,” roared H to G.

Castleford
Always depressing even before the mines closed
Is that where the BlueJohn was mined?
Sorry Tinks forgot to answer this…. no its where coal was mined until Mrs Thatcher and Mr Scargill decided to have a war over it…. to be honest though even when the mines were open the place was awful….. no idea why its so depressing even people who live there agree its a miserable place.
16 April, 2012 at 9:41 pm #493359weird thing is tho about castleford,i did my first ever double glazing sale there,i sold it to a miner on the proviso that i could cut his fuel bills down,he said”but i get free coal”,so i switched tack and hit him with the old value on property, and security ruse.
16 April, 2012 at 9:55 pm #493360I used to work as a PA for a multi-millionaire who tried to save the coal mines – he lost 7m, but he did save the Manchester Canal – that is my claim to fame! :D
