For those that are looking for a Valentines day poem there isn’t one.
On this day you sit alone.
    No card and no phone.
No one on this day to share.
Alone with mirror you sit and stare.
With no need to comb your hair.
    Or deciding what to wear.
To find a love isn’t rare.
    Never to find is unfair.
    Keep looking but where.
    Then complete that missing pair.
    Unlike you losers there.
For Valentines day, I do not care.

Quite agree hugs..i always thought Cupid was rather stupid…..i mean, the original Cupid had Roman connections and went round match-making which i think is the term.

To be honest…it ain’t hard to buy a card just walk in a shop, with your cash on the desk plop….you might be losing or you might be winning but the real winners are the card manufacturers who are grinning.

From ear to ear i might add as celebrations make money although it is rather sad. I mean let’s face it..every one needs dosh….but Valentines day really is a load of old tosh….LOL

Little ole cupid with his bow and mind which was quite narrow……did the Romans have bows?….have a great day and i’ll see you all tomarrow….LOL

    Must dart off now….
