Pictured outside Downing Street today are two politicians.
One is our leader who makes tough decisions on behalf of the UK and its inhabitants.
The other fella is David Cameron.
So enlighten us all as to who the other person is because it is not Camerons near neighbour Jeremy Clarkson

Genuinely funny.
The guy is European Council President Herman Van Rompuy, except he’s not really making any tough decisions – he’s going round Europe seeking compromise on the budget. He’s likely to urge restraint in spending, much to the liking of David Cameron (and Terry!).
Terry, why don’t you join UKIP and stand for Parliament or your local council?
