I had an email today from Esme, I had asked whether she would like me to write on her behalf, she said yes so here I am.
As you know Esme is at home, the stay in hospital was not to her liking and probably gave her the impetus to get well enough to get out. There’s must be some logic there in the way the hospital is run. LOL Whatever.Esme continues to make progress, albeit painfully slowly and cannot yet manage to return to the forum and thank you for your good wishes, prayers and kind thoughts. She was touched (but some of us knew that) by the shear numbers of cyber net friends she has. I have collected messages from all over for her and am proud to be part of such a community as you all should be. XXX
I reckon there will be an extensive period of quiet recovery before she’s well enough to respond to you in a manner which is uniquely hers. I wait for the day that her wit graces these pages again.
I will copy and paste this message to her other ‘forums’ but please accept my assurance that each and every one of you on this site are her favourites. LOL see what I did there.
So, before compassion fatigue sets in. TY. I think you’re smashinI cannot wait for her to return, glad she is on the up xx

I would like to thank all of you who took the time and trouble to wish me well – truly heartfelt appreciation. In particular – Langy you’re a star for communicating with my hubby and collating all the information, emails and messages. By way of an update – I’m knackered – but hopefully progressing to slightly less knackered, and when my brain stops rattling around like a jumping-bean, I may even be able to join in a forum debate with a measure of rationality.
Until then, once again – thank you!!WB Esme glad ya on the mend another name where i’ll forever have to crey Esmerelda Quasimodo style everytime i see it if you and Wilma ever post at same time i’m doomed :lol:
