Says who? Just cos it’s not in the papers doesn’t mean anything. I didn’t realize my mate was into drugs until I saw his name in the papers in connection with police raids in the region. I’ve known the guy all my life too.
I’d open it for £20k and they can throw in a culled fluffy bunny with it.
