8 February, 2015 at 1:00 am #524255I’m laughing already at the thought of The Curtain reeling off ‘War and Peace’ in response tomorrow
8 February, 2015 at 8:34 am #524256I agree we all have our opinions on chatters, and as previously posted, the first thread was more or less on the money. This one however seems to have been written with cotton wool fingers whilst looking through rose coloured spectacles.
Type doesn’t carry tone. Perhaps that’s what’s happened when you’ve read certain chatters and what they say in the lobby.
If stirring the natives was your mission, job done. Impartial views? Far from it seems.

8 February, 2015 at 11:28 am #524258it’s a bit like watching two schoolteachers discussing all the school reports.
They think and act like Greek Gods looking down on the inferior mortals, chuckling to each other about the weaknesses they’ve noticed, especially when it comes to sex and drink, ticking off who is their favourite and who the baddies.
Anyone who has lost control of alcohol btw is not a topic for amusement – it’s not a joke and the consequences of not escaping from the addiction can be a very unpleasant and lingering death.

8 February, 2015 at 11:43 am #524260” some I agree with (particularly Mads aka Loony, and Linda-Newcastle, I think you have both of these spot-on), and some I don’t (I had to read the one on Netty twice, rubbing my eyes – we’ve not been observing the same woman!);”
Little bit of ‘ticking’ and ‘crossing’ on the list going on there as well.
For someone who feels compelled to comment on most posts, on every subject, on most days, tis a little bit rich :D
