Proof that it isn`t always a lost childhood that`s to blame.
Can anyone give me one good reason why scum like this have a right to life. Beleive it or not, I am generally against capital punishment but in cases like this I would consider it an option, and I do beleive it would be a powerful detterent, and lets face it nothing we`re doing so far appears to work.
I beleive in the law, and I don`t condone vigilanties but our justice system as it is is an absolute joke, and untill we do something to actually inflict some sort of punishment, scum like this have no worries.
I think anyone convicted of these types of crimes in these kind of circumstances forfeits all rights to live in a civillised society, I don`t have the answers but I know what we`re doing isn`t either.

I couldn’t agree more Nemesis. Not only is the justice system at fault here and whoever saw fit to regard this animal as being ok to be allowed out of prison, but it’s the prison system itself thats also at fault, major fault!!I personally think we should learn some lessons from some of the U.S. prisons, where when they go to prison there, they go to prison!, they wear a uniform, not their own clothes, they’re treated like prisoners, not like guests at a bloody 5 star hotel!! which is how it should be! The bloody human rights bill needs to be shredded into a million pieces and thrown out.
29 January, 2010 at 5:04 pm #429732There are people who are just born evil and some who are mentally disturbed.. there is a fine line between being considered mentally ill and just plain evil, but that is for the psychiatrists to determine.
I have to say at this point that the psychiatrists and psychologists deciding on what should happen to people like this are often considered barking by the rest of the medical profession. Or to put it another way, you have to be mad to do the job.
It strikes me that our infrastructure is in melt down. Too many people who need putting into care as children, too many people not being monitored in “care in the community” (which is a laughable name for it) and the social services failing every step of the way.
Maybe if our governments over the last 50 years had spent more time and effort sorting out our own problems instead of putting their noses into every begger elses… we wouldn’t be in the mess we are now!

Three men who raped a 16-year-old girl as the attack was photographed on a mobile phone have been sent to a young offenders institute.
Bolton Crown Court heard the victim went to an address in Rochdale after receiving a phone call in May 2008.
She drank whisky and was then raped by the men as she became incapacitated.
Ajmal Afridi, 19, of Boundary Street, Imtiaz Syed, 20, of Ellesmere Street, and Tayyab Hussain, 19, of Henry Street, all Rochdale, admitted rape.
Afridi was sentenced to six years in a young offenders institute. He raped the girl twice and sexually assaulted her.
Syed received the same sentence after he admitted one count of rape and one of incident assault.
Hussain, who has learning difficulties, was ordered to spend three years in a young offenders institute after he pleaded guilty to one count of rape.
The girl’s frantic mother called her daughter’s phone only for it to be answered by the men with the faint sound of her voice in the background, the court heard.
Judge William Morris said there was no evidence to suggest the girl was forced to drink the alcohol or that she was lured to the house.
In a statement, the girl said: “I feel violated, my self-esteem is low. This has had a devastating affect on my family.”
The men’s legal representatives said all three regretted their actions.
Speaking after the case, Det Con Charles Stewart, of Greater Manchester Police, said: “These three animals have subjected the victim to the most appalling and demeaning crime.”
Two other defendants, Mustafa Arshad, 17, and Mohammed Usman Raja, 21, were sentenced in October for their part in the attack.
Arshad admitted taking two photos of the abuse on his mobile phone and aiding and abetting sexual assault.
He was sentenced to eight months in a young offenders institute.
Raja was sentenced to six months in a young offenders institute after he pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice by providing a false alibi for Syed.
Poor little sods i expect their childhood was poor. It’s a joke whats learning difficulties got to do with it for a start and the other three were as guilty even if they didnt actually take part physically in the rape
